Dispatch & Delivery

What are your delivery costs?
  • All UK Orders over £50 will receive FREE standard delivery
  • UK Standard Delivery: £3.00 (3-5 Working Days)
  • International Deliveries please email us to confirm the price (7-10 working Days) 
We aim to dispatch all orders received by midday on the same day. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched.

If no one is in to take delivery of a parcel, the normal procedure is for the delivery service to leave a "While You Were Out" card. You can than collect from depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you. 

Valentino Boutique does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbor) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping with us at Valentino Boutique. We hope that you LOVE your purchases. 

However, if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our Returns Policy is below:
  • All items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of you receiving your goods and must be returned in the original packaging supplied.
  • All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a completed Returns Form which is supplied 
  • Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of placing the order. You will be refunded your total order value. Standard delivery cost of £3.00 will only be refunded your total order value. 
  • In addition to our Website Return Policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU customers have 14 days to cancel their purchase. 
If items arrive damaged or sent incorrectly please let us know within 48 hours. Photos of damage would be really helpful and speed up the response. Please email images to returns@valentinoboutique.co.uk

Its important that any unwanted item, unless faulty is returned in a re-salable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. 

To return an item: 
  • Please fill out your reason(s) for return on the back of the invoice
  • Enclose the invoice with the product, ticking the reason for return, and package up securely
  • Please use original packaging if possible, but remove original labels
  • Return Address: Valentino Boutique, Harptree Hill, West Harptree, Bristol, BS40 6EH 
  • Obtain a certificate of postage when you visit the Post Office
We'll process your refund within 14 days of us receiving the item/s back 

We'll refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
